2017 – 75th Anniversary of the infamous Wannssee Conference in Nazi Germany
For HMD 2017 , a year that saw the 75th Anniversary of the infamous Wannssee Conference in Nazi Germany, CMHMD worked with New Park Cinema and screened Sir Kenneth Branagh’s film ‘Conspiracy’.
We were pleased that Ian McNeice, who played a key part in the film- the script of which follows the actual record of the Conference – was able to join us at the Cinema.
We also screened a short film on the amazing story of the small French Village of Le Chambon sur Lignon in the Massif Central where locals successfully hid 5,000 Jewish children during World War 2.
